Blogmas Day 4: 20 Positive Affirmations to Tell Yourself

If you’re somebody who deals with seasonal depression like I do, I know how hard it can be to stay positive and motivated during the winter months. Something that I’m constantly doing to prevent myself falling in too deep of the depression is looking at my list of motivational quotes and positive affirmations. If there’s one thing I recommend, it’s having a notebook full of positive quotes and affirmations that you add to every day. That way, you can reinforce some positivity into your day every day. 

Here are my top 20 favorite affirmations: 

  1. I am beautiful. 
  2. I am strong. 
  3. I am enough. 
  4. I am powerful. 
  5. I am successful. 
  6. I am lovable & loved. 
  7. I am valuable. 
  8. I am not a quitter. 
  9. I believe in myself. 
  10. I am unique. 
  11. I am not my mistakes. 
  12. I will create the life that I want. 
  13. I am not alone. 
  14. I am here for a reason. 
  15. I am doing my best & that’s enough. 
  16. I love my body. 
  17. I am here for a reason. 
  18. I forgive those who have hurt me. 
  19. I accept changes in my life. 
  20. I can & I will!

I hope these affirmations helped anybody who really needed them today. Feel free to write these down and repeat them to yourself as many times you need to. You all are amazing and I’m so thankful for everybody reading this.

  1. I am enough – that is so important to tell yourself. You can strive to be like others, or worry how they are perceiving you, but you akways need to remember that you are enough.

  2. This is such a lovely post idea! Already fab to spread positivity and I know it can be so hard sometimes to say positive things about ourselves, but we should definitely learn to love ourselves more <3
