Have you heard about Erin Condren planners? About a year ago, I got really into planning and making goals. It has become a lifestyle for me. Something about it makes me feel so organized then accomplished when I complete them. I’ve been buying planners from Walmart and Target but then I saw Erin Condren’s planners online. I first thought, oh my goodness those are so pretty! Then I noticed how many people take their planners and decorate them with stickers and make them unique. How creative! I realized that starting this July, I’m going to need a new planner so I decided to purchase the new Lifeplanner from Erin Condren. I want to show you an in-depth look at my planner!

There are so many customization options for these Erin Condren planners! There are about 70 different designs you can choose from and most designs have further customization options as well! You can choose from different colors and print your name if you’d like.
I personally gravitated towards the cover that says “Brave, Powerful, Brilliant, Radiant” because I knew I would love looking at those words every day. I then changed the color of the cover to a pretty lavender color and the font color to black. Then I chose to have my name on the front as well.
Next, there are different layouts you can have your weekly spreads in. Vertical, horizontal, and hourly. I personally chose vertical because that’s the layout I’ve always had in previous planners so that is what I’m comfortable with. If you’re a person who has a lot of deadlines/appointments in a day, the hourly would most likely be more suitable for you.
The next thing I chose was the coil color! Every planner initially has silver coil but they have a gold, rose gold, and black option. Of course, I needed the rose gold! The only downside is that the coils that aren’t silver are $10 more. To me, it was worth it.
Choosing The Theme – Neutral/Colorful
Every year, Erin Condren has a different theme for her planners. This year, the theme is Kaleidoscope. I really like the design and there are two color themes you can choose from. Neutral and Colorful. The colorful is just that – very colorful. It’s pretty but something in me just wasn’t totally loving it.
I looked at the neutral version and surprisingly I noticed that it’s still colorful, the colors are just slightly muted and more pastel. I love pastel colors so this was perfect for me. Also, I noticed the font in the neutral planner is a pretty cursive, unlike the colorful version which has a plain boring font.
